Tortilla Espanol (potato omelette), Boquerones (essentially pickled anchovies served in oil), Gambas Al Ajillo (prawns in a garlic and chili sauce served with garlic mayonnaise), croquetas de jamon (small cheese and ham croquettes), Pulpo (Octopus), Patatas Bravas (potatoes in a spicy tomato sauce), Patatas Aioli (potatoes served with aioli), these are just a few.Do you know any tapas dishes?
There are no traditional dishes. I have eaten tapas all over Spain and anything can be a tapa: meatballs, asparagus with cheese, stuffed mushrooms, Spanish omelette, fish, ribs, chicken wings....

What is pretty common throughout Spain is olives, manchego cheese and Jabugo ham which is similar to prosciutto in appearance, but differs in taste.Do you know any tapas dishes?
Spanish Tapas consist of many small, individual dishes of food that can act as appetizers or, they can be eaten as an incredibly varied meal. Tapas are found in bars and restaurants in Spain, and are often eaten with an aperitif such as sherry.
