Where do "La Tasca" get there "Seville orange and chocolate cheesecake"?

I recently ate at a La Tasca Tapas resteraunt and had the: Tarta de Queso, Chocolate y Naranja / Seville orange and chocolate cheesecake for dessert. It was great,

Does anyone know where they get it from?

Or do they make it themselves? (If so, any ex-employees want to pass on the recipe?)Where do "La Tasca" get there "Seville orange and chocolate cheesecake"?
