All right folks, I need ideas for a tapas menu item. The requirements are that it must have 3 components for example, crepe, filling, sauce. I think I know what I am going to do but I want to see what ideas you people have.

Crepe, cream cheese, scallions, and crab meat. Unoriginal, but yummy.
