How much does a transmission flush cost for a 99 Honda Accord LX?

I live in Denver, CO. I was looking for an estimate in my area of how much this will cost me, and also I've been hearing around it's not recommended to be done on Honda's yet my mechanic told me to get it done, when some work was done to the tranny, he would've done it but he doesn't have the equipment. Any advice on that? Also where could i go to get it done, any highly recommended places?
