What car should i buy a 2006 acura tl or a 2008 honda accord?

the Acura has 42,000 miles on it and is about the same price as a new accord. what is your oopinion i can't decide. I know the accord's pros is that it's new and i would be the first owner, but the TL's are super nice and they are as good as the honda's. I think Acura is a Honda just a luxury version. The 2008 Accord is a redesigned model, and is the best they have ever made. The last great Accord was the 2003 (I have one). Yes, Acura is a Honda, so I would definitely get the brand new Accord. A Lexus is also a higher end Toyota. Same engine just different body.
