I just bought a 1987 Honda Rebel 450 and need to know the shift pattern. It is different than other bikes I have had.What is the shift pattern for a 1987 Honda Rebel 450?One down and four up with neutral between 1st and 2nd.What is the shift pattern for a 1987 Honda Rebel 450?I can find nothing that makes it diff from other bikes, other then it has a short shift stroke, soft clutch. 1 down for first, hard up for 2nd threw fith. neutral between 1st and second.
