I want to put a 2004 Honda Pilot OEM navi system on my 2008 Honda Pilot VP. Is that possible? why or why not? thanx.Can i put a 2004 Honda Pilot Navigation System on a 2008 Honda Pilot?It's possible, but it's going to be VERY hard, because you are going to have to pull all of the harnesses out of the older vehicle and run them in the new one, because you are going to need tach and transmission sensors, as well as the OEM GPS antenna.
-In short, I wouldn't try it, because you'll have to ruin the 2004 honda to get it done, and even if you get it completed, the maps are 6 years old, and updating to new maps will easily cost you another $150.
