I have a GVC160 Honda engine and it is not running correctly Any help please?

I have a honda gvc160 engine and it is missing like it is getting too much gas. Anyone have any mechanic advice?

Thank you.I have a GVC160 Honda engine and it is not running correctly Any help please? It is hard to tell if an engine is over-fueling or under-fueling unless you look at the exhaust.

If it is smoking black, it is over-fueled. If the exhaust is clear, it is under-fueled.

If over-fueled, check your carburetor float, needle and seat. It is allowing too much fuel into the carburetor, making the engine run 'rich'.

If under-fueled, clean the carburetor thoroughly (all the tiny internal passages) your engine is starving for fuel or running 'lean'.I have a GVC160 Honda engine and it is not running correctly Any help please?Got to agree with Bart. The most common issue with small engines is the carburetor. It needs a good cleaning.
