What car is better Mercedes M350 or a Honda Odyssey?

We have a family of 5 with 3 smaller kids 5,6 and 8. We own a Denali now and I'm sort of sick of how big it is and it's a gas hog. I cant decided if I want a Mercedes M350 or a Honda Odyssey.
