What will my Honda look like in a couple years?

I drive a Honda Crv 1997 and there is rust on the back fender. It made a hole through the fender. Not to horrible looking yet. What should I do? Would cleaning it help it from spreading less? I live in Ohio so its hard to keep cars rust free.What will my Honda look like in a couple years?the best thing to do is have a body shop repair it. the next best thing you can do is purchase a rust inhibitor from your local paint supply store and apply it according to instruction's.
