me and my mates are fixing up a really old honda city and we have a problem with our fuel line. pressure is building in the tank, but no fuel is reaching the carberator (excuse my spelling) when i drop fuel straight down the carb. and turn it over, it starts fine for a few seconds till the fuel burns out.. any help would be great

Engine?Does anyone have any information on honda city fuel injectors?Possibly that the main oil valve is not reaching the engine, or it could be a whole list of problems, for example, maybe power wires are stripped and cut and no power is reaching the automated Gas Slip Cover which allows the gas to flow to where it needs.
