I have an opportunity to buy a used Honda Fit Sport for very cheap with 97k miles. It has had its regular maintenance at the dealer. However, I am afraid to buy a car with that many miles. I don't have a lot of money, so a new one is not an option. If it helps, I own a Toyota (which is another name that is associated with long life and reliability) that is over 130k miles and still purrs. And that's after I've put it through hell and back (like changing the oil only once a year and driving it through a South Dakota snow/dust storm in February).
