What is causing a whistle sound in a brand new 2008 Honda Accord Sedan?

I just purchased today a new 2008 Honda Accord LXP Sedan Manual Transmition with only 29 miles and I am noticing a whistle sound whenever accelerating or I push the gas pedal. I also notice the whistle sound whenever I turn the Steering wheels either right or left. Is this normal for a new car or a break in period. Whining noise may be the power steering system. Turn the wheels full left and then right a few times while in park. If it persists, by all means, TAKE IT BACK to the dealer. Also, don't take "it's normal" as an answer.

leprauchans!!What is causing a whistle sound in a brand new 2008 Honda Accord Sedan?Yeah, that's not normal. My '07 TL type-S did the same thing (they're essentially the same car, minus the engine upgrade) and I had it sent back three times. It's one of Honda/Acura's few flaws.
