if it is an automatic, it has a round plug with a 3/8" square in it (for a ratchet to fit in), fill throught the dipstick tube. it will be located at the bottom of the transmission facing away from the engine.
if manual, it will be a 17mm plug at the bottom of the transmission, but you will want to remove the fill plug first, which will be located on the front side (facing the radiator) about 1/2 way up the transmission.
either one will be located so it drains away from the engine, on the side of the trans, not the very bottom.Where can i find the transmission fluid drain on a 1990 honda accord? There isn't a drain plug. You'll have to drop the pan.
