My boyfriend has a 1989 Honda Prelude and the engine or motors tore to crap (idk if engine and motor is the same thing, hopefully it is.) but he's in dire need to know where one's at. Call and ask, but you need to find what motors will fit into his car in the first place. Also, if no one has them, then it's time to google again. Just look up 89 prelude motors.
If you guys have limited knowledge already, then you're better off buying another car. You won't be able to swap a motor in, unless you get help. You go to a shop to put a motor in then you'll be paying more in motor work when you could just buy a whole nother car.
